Baseball fever has gripped southern California and it has nothing to do with the LA Dodgers.

On a recent trip out west, our sister site Citywire USA caught up with some of the brightest bond managers around to talk late-innings tactics and while their exact playbooks varied, they all shared one strategy: forget home runs, hit singles.
