Margaret has 19 years of investment industry experience and joined a ClearBridge predecessor organization in 1997. From 2006-2009, Margaret served on the firm’s 401(k) Investment Committee, which is responsible for choosing and overseeing investments for the firm’s employee retirement plan. Prior to her role at ClearBridge, Margaret was a research analyst for the Consumer Discretionary sector at Citigroup. Margaret earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Public Policy Studies and Art History from Duke University.

Objective

The Fund invests at least 70 per cent of its Net Asset Value in equity securities of a concentrated group of US Companies with large market capitalisations, which are listed or traded on Regulated Markets in the United States listed on Schedule III of the Base Prospectus. The core holdings of the Fund will be large market capitalisation US Companies that are dominant in their respective industries, global in scope and have a long-term history of performance.
