The primary objective of the BTG Pactual SICAV-Latin American Corporate Debt Fund is to achieve a high level of income, with the opportunity for capital gain, by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of Latin American corporate debt securities. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in floating and fixed rate debt securities issued by or linked to companies domiciled in Latin America, companies with significant operations or carrying out a preponderant part of their business activities in Latin America and/or companies controlled by entities established in Latin America as well as Latin American governments and institutions.
