Objective

The Portfolio's investment objective is long-term capital growth. The Portfolio seeks to meet its investment objective by investing primarily in the equity securities of Eurozone companies. The Investment Manager expects that at any time at least 80% of the Portfolio's total assets will be invested in equity securities of Eurozone companies, and in no case will the amount of the Portfolio's total assets invested in such securities be less than two-thirds of the Portfolio's total assets.
